Shipping

1 to 3 working days after the order's placement will be necessary to ship the order. The order is shipped by Colissimo La Poste at the shipping address specified by the client.

France: 2 to 3 working days - depending on your region

Europe: 3 to 4 working days - depending on your country

International: 3 to 15 working days - depending on your country

The client has 14 days to return the parcel informing the tracking number.

Return costs we will be borne by the customer.

The client is the only responsible if a delivery default occurs due to a lack of information on the delivery.

If you are not fully satisfied with the product ordered, you have 7 days from the date of the parcel reception to send us back the article concerned.

Promotions cannot be refunded or returned.

Only new articles returned with their original packaging and mentioning a tracking number will be accepted.

Delivery address for return:

Once the article is returned, the order refund will be done by the payment method used, by credit card or on the client’s Paypal account.

 

Exchange

 

If the size does not suit you, the exchange is free.
